IAUD International Design Award 2021 had 54 entries, which are from 9 countries around the world. IAUD International Design Award 2021 Selection Committee judged the entries rigorously and impartially, and finally selected 2 Grand Awards, 9 Gold Awards, 18 Silver Awards and 10 Bronze Awards. In addition, for the new category which was established this year, “Student Design Challenge”, 1 Award of Excellence for Student Design Challenge and 7 Award for Student Design Challenge were selected.

IAUD will hold online event for IAUD International Design Award 2021 Presentation / Awards Ceremony, which internationally recognizes UD activities for the realization of a sustainable symbiotic society from 19:00 to 22:00 (JST) on January 28, 2022. There were 54 entries from 9 countries (Australia, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Norway, Spain, Thailand).

“The 8th International Conference for Universal Design in the Cloud 2021” was successfully held on February 26 and 27, marking the first holding online due to the spread of the COVID-19. It received appx.660 participants from 25 countries or regions and ended as a resounding success.
