IAUD International Design Award 2023 had 44 entries, which are from 8 countries around the world; Canada, China, Israel, Japan, Korea, Thailand, UK and USA. IAUD International Design Award 2023 Selection Committee judged the entries rigorously and impartially, and finally selected 1 Grand Award, 12 Gold Awards, 9 Silver Awards and 10 Bronze Awards. In addition, for the new category which was established in 2021, “Student Design Challenge”, 1 Award of Excellence for Student Design Challenge and 1 Award for Student Design Challenge was selected.

Ms. Onny Eikhaug, the chair of the Selection Committee and Executive Board (Former President), EIDD Design for All Europe, Founder, Innovation for All AS, commented on each winners.

IAUD will hold online event for “IAUD International Design Award 2023 Awards Ceremony / Presentation”, which internationally recognizes UD activities for the realization of a sustainable symbiotic society from 19:00 to 22:00 (JST) on February 20, 2024. There were 44 entries from 8 countries.

The 2nd Regular Seminar in 2023 was successfully held online on Wednesday, September 13rd. The theme of this event was “UD Training for Human Resource Development through e-learning” and Mr. Malintha Fernando from HSBC, which won the IAUD International Design Grand Award 2022 for their entry “HSBC Accessibility Hub” at was a speaker at the event.

IAUD will hold its 2nd Regular Seminar in 2023 online on Wednesday, September 13 at 17:00(JST), inviting experts to speak on UD-related topics.
