Since 2005, she has continually been in charge of a wide range of universal design (UD) product development and promotion activities at Panasonic, mainly in the area of household appliances.
As a member of the Panasonic Group UD Promotion Office since 2012, she has also focused on activities to disseminate UD information, including UD site and pamphlet creation, as well as giving UD classes to various groups.
Through Panasonic's extensive business areas, she intends to continue expanding universal design that takes the needs of even more people into consideration.
