Naotake Fujishiro

Director of International Standardization Division, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI): Japan


Born in Okayama.

Joined in the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (former METI) in April 1982.
Has engaged in the field of international and domestic standardization work in a variety of areas throughout his career.
Devoting himself to the development and dissemination of a series of accessible Design Standards started with ISO/IEC Guide 71 both within Japan and overseas.

Director of International Standardization Division at METI since July 2016.
