Special rates for UD2010 Conference participants are available. For name of hotels and rates, please refer to "List of Hotels" mentioned below.

Each participant is requested to reserve a room by referring to Detailed Hotel Information and Booking Method.
Each hotel will provide sufficient number of rooms until Novembe 3rd, however, please be noted that room availability is limited.

• Please note that UD2010 Conference special rates will not be applied for bookings through website or through travel agents.
• Please contact directly to the hotel by Fax (booking form is provided) or by phone for booking. For booking method, please refer to the details of each hotel. If you have any difficulties, please contact Secretariat.
• Please pay the hotel charges on the date of stay. Please inquire each hotel about the cancellation policy. Secretariat assume no responsibilities for cancellation and hotel charges.
• If you are the wheelchair user, please contact Secretariat. Secretariat will introduce the hotel which meets your requirement. However, please be reminded that room availability is limited.

• Hotels are listed in descending order of rate.
• UD2010 Conference special rates are applied for the nights of October 28 through November 3.
• For twin and double rooms, rates are for single occupancy.
