Ms. Fuse was graduated from Faculty of Law, Keio University. Awarded by the Minister of MEXT (Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) in stenographer proficiency test and won high-speed input competition (real time), both in 2002.
When joining Japan-Korea Stenographers’ Friendship Exchange Delegates (Seoul) and San Francisco Court Reporter Tour in 1998, she was struck by court reporters’ attitude in the US and then became a member of National Court Reporter Association.
First-grade stenographer. She is now a member of The Electronic Stenography Research Group and Japan Shorthand Association and NCRA.
