Registration payment method

 PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment can be made by a bank transfer or credit card.
* We accept credit cards only for participants from abroad not for domestic participants.

* If you transfer in corporate name, please notify name of a participants in advance, or send a fax to notify that the payment is made in corporate name.
* Bank transfer fees are your expense.
* We will not issue receipts. Please keep a bank transfer report issued from the bank.

 CREDIT CARD

  • Please fill credit card information on the registration form and send it to UD2002.(encryptedtransmission of data)
  • The payment request will be made by JTB in a credit card statement.
  • We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS cards.
  • We will not issue receipts. Please keep your credit card statement as a receipt.

 BANK TRANSFER

We will send invoices to domestic participants. Please transfer your payment after receiving the invoice.
* We will not send invoice to participants from abroad.

 We will send the invoice in early October to participants who register before the end of September. (Please transfer your payment in two weeks after receiving the invoice)

■For participants who register after 1 October, we will issue the invoice in two weeks after the registration. Please transfer your payment in two weeks after receiving the invoice. (We may credit card number to on-site registration participants.)
