A confirmation fax will be sent out to an applicant in two weeks on receipt of the fax registration form.
If you do not receive timely confirmation of your registration form's receipt, contact the UD2002.

 REGISTRATION ADDITION/MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION

Please send e-mail, fax, or mail to UD2002, JTB Corp. Totsuka branch for registration addition, modification, and cancellation.

 Registration addition/modification

If the modified registration fees are more expensive than the original fees, we will charge you the amount which is not covered by the original payment. The fees are calculated based on the date when you make addition or modification. Please check a table about registration categories and fees before making modification.

 Registration cancellation

Please send mail or fax to UD2002, Totsuka Branch, JTB Corp. If the cancellation mail or fax are arrived on or before 31 October, 2002 to JTB and registration fees are already paid, 50% of the registration fees are refunded but you have to pay for a bank transfer fee. No refunds will be issued after 1 November, 2002.

 Hotel reservation addition/modification/cancellation

Please explain your addition/modification and send it. In the case of shortage of guest rooms, we may not be able to reserve your room. There is a hotel reservation addition/modification fee of 525 yen for each request. The cancellation will charge you a cancellation fee as shown in the following table and a cancellation fee of 525 yen for each request.

Before 22 November No charge
From 23 November to 27 November 20% of the hotel rate for the first stay
28 November 50% of the hotel rate for the first stay
After 29 November 100% of the hotel rate for the first stay

*If you will cancel your hotel after 29 November, please let your hotel know about the cancellation directly.
*If you donft contact your hotel, your hotel reservation may be cancelled.

 HOTEL RESERVATION MODIFICATION FORM

 Cancellations after 30 November will be accepted an on-site travel desks.
