CONSENT
FORM FOR THE ATTENDANCE
UD2002 attendees need to consent on the following statements. Please read carefully before the registration.
- UD2002 committee will not provide any individual or group insurances,
for example travel and medical insurances, to attendees nor accompanying
people including guide dogs, medical assistance dogs.
- UD2002 committees don't have responsibility for UD2002 attendees,
accidents, injury, or damages which occur on the way to the UD2002
conference site, on the way to their homes, during and after the conference.
The attendees include guide dogs, medical assistance dogs.
- UD2002 committees don't have responsibility for accidents or damages
on properties of attendees or accompanying people, which occur on
the way to the UD2002 conference site, on the way to their homes,
during and after the conference, and during conference related events.
The attendees include guide dogs, medical assistance dogs.
- UD2002 committees have a right to cancel all the scheduled events
or part of the events, if unpredictable and uncontrollable accidents
occur. In this case, fees will not be refunded because of the cancellation
or the alteration.
- In all cases, International conference for Universal design organization
committee provide promised refund follow the terms of an agreement.
