Seiji Wada

Prof. Wada was graduated from Faculty of Engineering, Chiba University in 1969. General manager of Industrial Design Center, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation 1992-2002. He has served in the following posts in 2000 upward: general manager of Japanese Society for the Science of Design; manager of organizing committee, 6th Asian Design International Conference; chair of Awards Committee, International Design Competition 2004; and leader of roadmap planning WG of Strategic Technology Roadmap 2008, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. He is currently secretary general of Kanagawa Design Forum and councilor of Japan Society of Kansei Engineering.
