Invited Speakers

Born in Hamamatsu City in 1945. After serving at a construction company, he formed K.K. Create Office. He served at local assembly for 8 years from 1983. He has been challenging in local development and urban problem since foundation of Hamamatsu City Environment Forum in 1985. After founding Urban Traffic Design Group for Hamamatsu in 2008, he made a proposal of new transportation system for future generation in Hamamatsu to Hamamatsu City in May this year and is currently leading civil activities to realize the proposed system.

He is now the head of Hamamatsu City Environment Forum; executive director of non-profit organization Social Welfare and City Development Network and secretary general of Toshi Kotsu Design Kenkyukai.
