Invited Speakers

Peter Neumann is director of the consultancy NeumannConsult – Urban and Regional Development / Design for All and Project Manager at the Department for Geography at the University of Muenster (Germany). Moreover he is President of the European Institute Design for All in Germany (EDAD), Board Member of EIDD – Design for All Europe and Delegate of the Design for All Foundation. In addition he is member of EuCAN- European Concept for Accessibility Network, ENAT- European Network for Accessibly Tourism, AGD- Alliance of German Designers and the German DIN CERTCO Expert-Group in the specific field of "barrier-free plannings, buildings and products". In 2003 he was member of the "European Commission Expert Working Group on Accessibility".

Peter is visiting lecturer at the University of Lund (Sweden), University of Perugia (Italy) and Academy of Design at the HBZ Muenster (Germany).

Since 1992 Peter is working in the field of Accessibility and Design for All. He is specialised in the field of Design for All and tourism, housing as well as urban and regional development.
